...this is a skirt with shorts under attached. is in used but excellent condition and girls plus + size 12 1/2. If it gets over 5000 credits i will do free shipping, otherwise $4 flat rate or as always free local pick up. Please check pics closely and make sure you want this item as i do not accept returns/no refunds/as is. All my items come from my thrift store, and i always try to buy from smoke free & pet free homes. I will not sell something damaged, stained or used with out saying so. I work 2 full time jobs so there fore i cannot run to the post office everyday, so i ship on Wednesdays, however, if you absolutely need something earlier i will TRY to get it mailed sooner.
