The listing, Pink harness and leash for Xtra small dog or cats has ended.

I purchased these for my cat, a Persian, and she wouldn't wear the harness. I would say it could also fit a very small dog, like a Chihuahua. The leash is retractable and was never used.

I believe when fully extended it is 13 feet.
