My son calls this my "Basket of Fire"! Lol! I have no idea what the real name of these little babies are...but they are HOT! A three-colored plant that of course starts green and turns red and orange as they mature. They're tiny--about 1 1/2" when ready. When they are done producing the foliage will die off. Simply cut back the dead stuff and they will come back even bigger next time! My plant has been producing for months and is now re-flowering!!...Going for round two woohoo!! It's a VERY hardy plant and super easy to grow. These are great in all sorts of things to add some nice spice. I love hot food so I'm out there picking at it all the time. Also great pickled.
