they are size 18, and stretchy material, im looking on all the information on the tag and it doesnt say inseam rise. im not sure where else i can find that out

The inseam is measured with a tape measure from the crotch seam down the inside seam of the leg to the hem. The rise is from the Crotch seam up the zipper and to the waist. The waist can be measured by laying the jeans flat on a supporting surface and measured from side to side at the waistband. thanks in advance for your trouble.

ok. you can use a ruler or if you are really careful you could use a dollar bill. A dollar bill is exactly 6 inches. Just a thought

ok i used the dollar bill to measure :) hopefully this helps, the legnth from the crotch seam down to the hem is 27 inches, and the from the crotch seam up the zipper to the waist is 10 -12 inches

not a problem hun. ok i used the dollar bill to measure again :) it is 38 inches all around the waist. the material is a strecthy material. so i would say it could go up a little bit as well. Angels brand are strecthy material and so thats why theyre one of m fav brands :)

Thank you so much for measuring. They are about 4 inches smaller in the waist than I wear. You never can tell by the tag what size they really are. Thanks again for all your trouble.
