Yes. But. MDT doesn't make drives. They refurbish name brands. Also the format is old. Therefore performance is outdated. Can be used in a Sata environment but, with additional startup/boot time due to controller needs...........Regards,Chuck

Thanks for the model. If it were Sata, I would bid..............
ok it has the 4 pin molex but is the rest pin or a slot cause the early sata had molex as a power supply connector that is all i need to know cause if it is ide I am definitely bidding
you can ask listia to remove your listing , in witch would be better , dont worry to much people make mistakes and since you are tiring to fix it nobody will think ill of you
All I know is it came out of a Sony Vaio that I had bought at a PC shop here in Richmond, Ky. I recently bought a new Dell at wal mart so I am parting this one out now.
If i could flag it myself I would, because I made a mistake. I will be honest and answer any questions with my best ability. Sorry in the delay for answer but I had to work today.
1st off I made a mistake, I thought it was a seagate but I can't find the name anywhere but the Hard drive works perfectly. 2nd. It is a 4 pin molex connector but I have an adapter I will throw in to make it a sata.
If you want to flag me because I have made a mistake that is fine, I will just relist as an unkown name brand.
ok is it IDE interface (will have pin connectors) or SATA ( will have slots to plug into) this is very inmportant to know the 2 types because 1 is not compatable with the other.
