I got this from my son as he isn't going to use it..You can open a new account or use with your current account..I don't even know what the playstation plus is..I didn't realize people had to pay to use the PS4 online..but some games are that way..I assume by what I read on it is that it is just a free trial for the Playstation plus which people use to play their games online..if you click on picture of card..you should be able to read the important part ok. Sorry..wish I knew more about it..my son just thought someone might be interested in this so I threw it on here. :)

Ok..asked my son and if you already have an account you would not be able to use this..but you can use this and then add onto your account when the 7 day trial is done..so basically use this first then you can add on more time. Hope that makes sense. Again, if you click on picture you would be more able to understand it than me. :)
