Crusted bear roast recipe shank shoulder or great for lamb and pork tooBear meat is delicious to eat when properly prepared and well cooked. Surprisingly none of the bear meat I have eaten has had a strong gamey taste. You can substitute lamb or pork roast if you prefer, all 3 of these meats are delicious fixed this way.
Please note that I have not had the opportunity to cook any bear for many years and probably will not ever have the opportunity to fix it again so I have no photo and no way to get a photo unless I steal someone elses which I won't do. So I have done the best I can with regards to a photo.
