4gb internal memory

**Note: this device will not get past the boot screen.** I bought it while on deployment last year and when I received it, it would not load after the second day. I contacted the company but there was no way for me to package back up and send it back so I was stuck with it with no refund. It has collected dust since last year so i figured I could list it here and somebody that knows how to fix them would be happy.
I can ship Small flat rate for $5.80 without the original box,
or $10.00 Med Flate rate with orignal box

I live about two hours from you shipping with the box would 5.90 priority mail in a reg priority box would you be willing to ship that way

On some of the tablets there's a little pinhole around the back edge and if you take a needle or something like that and push it in you hear or feel a click, that completely resets it.
