It's a sleeve box release of a studio film which is labeled as collector's edition which shows obvious signs of wear. They over produced this 'collectors edition' in such high numbers ( 7.5 million copies of this collectors edition alone... nearly 2.5 million of which still haven't even sold at liquidation prices and are still sitting around new in their package ). Case in point, Amazon alone is still trying to sell the 150,000+ NIP copies they have taking up space either direct for a buck and change (most of that is to cover the cost of processing the order) and in bulk through their liquidation store for $.25 a pop.
Warner's 'collector' label ( particularly from that era ) was a total scam because they only made 'collectors editions' of titles which were selling well or projected to sell well and they produced them far beyond the point of market saturation never mind rarity/ collect-ability.
All of that aside, it's a good movie. You might have better luck listing it as a good movie then claiming it'll be a collect-able soon because this thing isn't going to be collectible in any of our lifetimes. Heck they likely won't have liquidated all of the copies they over produced in our lifetime.
