This is a very light pink halo swaddle wrap it is cloth and is in good condition it along with most of my items this has has been washed or just worn a few time in great condition and is cute as can be if you have any questions let me know I ship out within the 7 days unless we have agreed on something else and also add tracking information along with it if I have not responded to you within the couple of days send me a message and I should be able to get back to you within that time frame ☺ thank you and happy bidding ☺

There are no stains on it that I know of I can check again was just getting it washed so I can get it ready to be sent the only thing that is wrong with it is the label on the inside which shows you how to put it on the baby but that can be removed easily I could do it if the winning bidder would like which it due to the Velcro on the wrap and the label is sort of silky so it loves to stick to it in the wash but other than that its works great

is this swaddle for a newborn size and how many pounds does it go up to---6 to 13lbs?

Its a 3-6 months but my daughter used it before that it is 13lb to I'm not 100% sure I'm not around it right now
