Its a mc Donald's build a bear, it says build a bear on the tag. So it it a build a bear work shop but Not to be confused with a small fry bear!

McDonnalds had a promotion with build a bear, and the toy you got in the happy meal was a mini build a bear! This is a small (will fit in your hand) plush build a bear!
