The listing, One Shoulder Dress has ended.

Dress is pretty much new. Only worn once by my mom to a wedding. Size 12. My mom is 5'5 and the dress is at her knees/ a little above.

My mom is a curvy woman so I don't think hips would be a problem :)

The see through overlay is a dark navy blue color, almost looks black.

I'm not sure what size dress I wear. I wear a size 3 jeans and a medium shirt in juniors. Do you think it'll fit?

I don't think this dress would fit I size 3 unless you got it tailored. But I do have two other dresses listed that would fit you.
