Thanks, I will try to go change that. You must be an expert at stamps, I on the other hand don't know much about them. I didn't realize if it didn't have a plate block number it was not considered a plate block. I inherited these and really know very little about stamp collecting. I will edit and see if I can change this since I do not want to misrepresent anything. Thank you.
