The listing, NY Khakis 6 Average has ended.

I wore these when I was pregnant with my daughter but are now too big for me. They are in good condition, I found what looks like a small pen mark on the outside of the front right pocket and what looks like a small cooking oil splatter on the bottom hem of the right leg. I'm offering free shipping cuz of the markings. They would be great for work pants and the spots aren't really noticeable unless you are looking for them. Due to the weight of these I can't ship until around Feb. 1st. I spent way too much this month on free shipping items so my budget is minimal for the rest of the month.

I believe they do.....I have them packaged up ready to be shipped but it looks like they have loops on them.
