This is a darling plant. Also known as "jelly bean plant" , but don't eat those beans. They color up best in nearly full sun, appreciate some afternoon shade in hottest areas. Protect from frost, but mine have gone through frosts without dying, they do get damaged. Adorable on windowsills, or in hanging baskets, a must have if you are a succulent collector.
S. rubrotinctum has sprawling, leaning stems 6 to 8 inches in height. The leaves are jelly bean shaped, 3/4 inch long, with red-brown tips which turn to bronze in the sun. It flowers in spring, producing yellow flowers with a reddish tinge. The leaves root easily. Sedums are excellent grown in the rock garden, containers between stepping stones or in wall niches.

Auction is for 3 branch tips, with multiple leaves, leaves or branches will root. Let fresh cut branches or leaves dry for a couple of weeks before you plant to prevent rot, and you may see them shoot out roots while you're callusing them over. I place mine on a paper towel in a bright window but not full sun. If any leaves fall off during shipping, no problem, each leaf can root and become another plant.
ps . don't trust your chickens, mine ate a bunch of mine, but suffered no ill effects I could see.
