This is a necklace I got from Avon a while back, but NEVER wore. There are no marks of any kind. my best guess is that it is costume jewelry.

Brand new never worn. It comes with the box if the winner desires. Though the box is a little damaged from being in my drawer for a while.

The necklace is 16 in long with an approximate 3 in long extender. The heart/pendant is 1 in long. It is the color aqua blue for the birth stone of March, but if you like blue then it can be yours today. It also has about 10 little rhinestones.
