I really can't say (it def wouldn't fit my plus size figure lol) but I bought it for a gift and before I was able to give it to them they moved :/ I could get appox measurements of it tomorrow though

Okay I didn't have a fabric tape measure but this is what I came up with using just a ruler lol approx 15 1/2 in from top to bottom, approx 14 in from side seam to side seam or 28 in around, and the straps are approx 12 in but cross in the back :) hope this helps
