Wonderful Auction! Bronzing your babies 1st shoes was done from the early 1900's on through to the 1970"s, however looking at the style of this show, and the fact that it was also made into a piggy bank, tells us that this is circa 1940's This is appears to be in excellent vintage! The fact that the original bottom metal plug is intact in amazing! I have had well over 20 of these, and you only get the original plug 1 out of 4 times! Very nice patina...I hope the lucky winner doesn't clean it!
Approx. fair value on this little sweetheart is 40.00, so this needs a lot more bids!!!
