This is season 3 of one tree hill. I won this off listia myself, but the seller declined to mention she wouldn't be sending the box, even though it was pictured, and disk 2 was missing when I received it. So you are getting what is pictured, which is disk 1,3,4,5 and 6. I will be sending them in cd sleeves though. They have light scratches on each disk, I did watch the whole season (the disks I had) and there was no skipping or freezing. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE BIDDING!!!!!!!!!:::::::: Please send me your listia verified address ASAP after the auction ends. If you do not have a listia verified address please go take care of it now (if you don't know how to verify your address, just ask me i'll be happy to help) I WILL NOT send ANY auction out to an unverified address, meaning if you send me your address through the listia email, I will NOT send your item, and it will be YOU in the wrong when you do not receive your item because this is in the listia rules, please go read them if you are not familiar with them. This is for my protection as a seller and also yours as a buyer. If you do not send me your address after 7 days I will relist the auction and keep the credits, again these are listia rules, not mine, I have to abide by them too. I'm not trying to be mean but I have so many buyers who don't follow these rules and it just causes problems for everyone involved. I'm a very easy going seller/person but this problem has been happening more and more and it shouldn't... ALSO!!!...If you do not provide the correct address/name (yes the address can be verified but STILL not be correct, and you must provide your first AND last name) and it is returned to me (after I have done paid to ship it once) I WILL NOT send it again and WILL NOT refund credits.
