Hi, friend! Hope the weather's treating you well. :) were getting the deep freeze, with plenty of snow~ but no cuties (livestock) to contend with.
I love the scrolling on this ring, and garnet is my birthstone <Jan 1 baby>; so I'll be watching and hoping! Happy New Year!!!

We just had a few days of rain, followed by this snow, then it will freeze hard and we'll be doing road brodies again.Good luck on the ring and thanks for your interest. I will be putting some other garnet rings up as soon as I pull out of this funk I'm in. Now the rest of the family isn't feeling well either, but no specific symptoms. All the rain and snow I'm worried it's radation coming down on us in a big way. I read that you should say out of all precipitation because it brings Fukushima down on us. N.W. MT is getting hammered too as well as the rest of the west coast along with Canada, Alaska, and CA is hot as a firecracker. We did eat some salmon a few days ago. I though it was the least of evils since it not far down the food chain. I might have been wrong, Tuna too. Chronic fatigue is a good indicator of mild radiation sickness. I read that anyplace that has high precipitation has high radiation readings. They keep changing the amounts they claim are safe so we won't panic, but I'm close to it. I suppose it could also be SAD as we're so far north. Seasonal Affective Disorder.It can also cause these kinds of symptoms. We do however have Fukushima and a couple nuke power plants in Washington state leaking like sieves and blowing our way.

You know, I have been trying to warn my aunt about the radiation, awhile ago- she thought I was crazy. But Surfers Beach is getting well over 150 on the Geiger counters. I agree, that's probably what you're suffering from, as well as SAD- it's a really bad year for that, and we along the eastern seaboard, are having a particularly rough year with that. Idk about the salmon. I'd be safe, tho, and no fish at all. He double hockey sticks- LOLZ- (cracking me up, here, woman!!!) I think a lot of beans+ cheese= protein- may be the way to go, until you're sure about your food source. Egg shells are permeable, as you know. How are your animals? They will be showing signs too. This cold just may be a blessing? Please keep me in touch about how you're doing...I'll let you know when we're feeling it, here. Plus I'll be doing more research, plus asking my prepper friends, but definitely consider buying some potassium chloride pills while you can still get them...ugh. well hey ell, the winter solstice has passed, hang in there?

No, but reading that just made me get up and go out into the deep snow to the main house to get a bowl of Cookie and Cream, organic ice-cream. haha. Oh it's so good, but it's making me cold already. Not as cold as last noight. Last night it was about 6 degrees, it snowing tonight so that warms thins up here. I think it's about 20, which I can live with easily.
