SWISS ARMY WATCH (read description)This watch is missing the stem and crown to adjust time.
I just put a new battery in it so it works and keeps good time.
I had to wait till it was the time on the watch then put a battery in it so now its the correct time (central time zone).
If you have to change time you'll have to remove back (very easy) pull battery then wait till it the time on the watch then drop battery back in and close.
Small dials are just for décor and do not move.
