the 1 application covers both eyes!
in fact,, if there were a way to save the tint, it would be more than 1 application, but it says on the instructions that you can't save it.
it's plenty enough to do both eyes and both eyebrows if you wanted to!

Yes, it is one application - there is enough for both eyes and both brows if wanted. It says you can't save it once it's open, but if you could there would easily be enough for another application.

yes,, this is a tint,, once you apply it, it lasts up to 28 days without having to reapply it.
