Ok, no problem! If you go to your listia page, scroll down a bit and on the left hand side it will say "verify your account". Click on that and there are a few things you can do. People will be more comfortable 'buying' from you and most important, most people will not ship an item to you even if you have won the auction. It just helps to protect both parties :)
