No, sorry. There really was only a tiny sheet and it got lost in the s huffle. It is for 3 stirred eggs (with additions if you want them)eggs though and time really varies with eggs in a microwave anyway. I always set the one I use for a minute to start and then check. I also have a turntable so don't worry about turning, but I would turn every minute if one does not. In my big microwave an omelet takes from a minute and a half to two mnutes; when I had a smaller one, it took a bit longer.

I know. Because eggs dry out you need to watch them, but that's really try for almost everything in a microwave. Thanks for looking.
