I'm a bit confused as to your shipping rules, would you mind clarifying? You say that buyer has to pay 1/2 shipping if they do GIN at 25,000....but shipping would be free if the bidding goes past 12,000 (which is less than the GIN?) Can you please just clear that up for me, thank you!
