The listing, Black and light tan Dress with Shrug 16P has ended.

Light tan with Black print and black jacket/shrug. I wore this to a wedding and have not worn it since. It is a size 16P but it well below the knee length on my 5'2" frame. I have lost weight and won't be wearing it again. It is in Excellent shape.

Rubyred89, it is stretchy, it is a stretchy nylon type of material. Something synthetic.

The shrug is an add on, also a lightweight synthetic blend. The dress under it is sleeveless, not spaghetti straps.
