My husband and I love a pot of soup for a main meal during the winter months. There is something about having a pot simmering on the stove that brings my childhood back.

I love that....Making a pot of anything that requires time during the day...reminds me of Grandma...who taught me how to cook and can all her recipes. And the smell of it cooking...to die for..
