all have been cleaned with rubbing alcohol and kept in a plastic baggie.

Are they all 3 captives or are they hoops that you twist on from the back or...?

Two are captives, only 1 has the ball and the 3rd is a hoop with a blocker on the end so that you can wind it all the way through your nose and it'll give the appearance that it circles all the way around.
