Item is a Girls Long Sleeved Velvet Ruffled Dress Size 7/8. The brand is Holiday Edition, and the dress is in gently used condition. The bottom is the dress is pulled in some to give it an extra ruffle effect. The top of the dress, the black flowers on the red bottom, and the sleeves are super soft velvet. The dress ties in the back with a black velvet ribbon. There is a red string that is in the front. Very unnoticeable, but i wanted to point it out. Thank you for looking

I have no idea? I got it from my neighbors, and it was like that when I got it, they are no longer my neighbors but I would feel like asking them that would be a rude question anyway because I was given it for free, as I am also giving this away for free, and in fact I'm paying the 5 dollar shipping fee with tracking. If you don't want it because of the pat then don't bid. At least I pointed it out! :/
