I would guess GOLD TONE? It says Beta ON INNER BAND? what that stands for I have no clue? sry I am not much help with this-

this may sound nerdy but BETA was put on there most likely because thats brand name there is a little mythology that there was a star named BETA that passed by and blew up and created only 8 rings lol

I JUST REALIZED "WITH A MAGNIFIER" that it DOES NOT! say BETA-
IT SAYS "SETA w/2 tiny circles after- That explains why i could not find beta ring online!!
