From wave 7 of the Mattel toyline, Dan Jurgens creation Booster Gold (with his little robot buddy Skeets) and Steve Ditko creation Blue Beetle (Ted Kord), both members of the fan-favorite Justice League International.

Fun factoid #1: The Kord version of Blue Beetle served as an inspiration for the character of Nite Owl (Dan Dreiberg) in the series-turned-graphic novel Watchmen.

Fun factoid #2: Booster Gold was the first significant new DC character after Crisis on Infinite Earths ended in 1986.

Nothing at all. That thing on Booster's shoulder is his robot sidekick, Skeets.
