I am offering you a beautiful Forever 21 Turtle neck dress/long sweater. It is made from nylon and viscose. Size is a small for women. By Forever Twenty One. I have worn this one once. Washed it once on gentle cycle and dried in the dryer on low heat. Pictures can't describe this one, beautiful in person. Can be worn over jeans, just as is as a short dress with boots or even with a skirt. Dark black in color. I had to digitally brighten the picture so you kind of can see the details. Shorter sleeves (like elbow length). Item has no flaws. Very figure flattering material and cut.
