the phone would have to be unlocked by sprint if you wanted to use another service provider. the phone has a clean esn and has not been reported lost or stolen.

the phone was used for a couple years. there is no problems with the phone and everything works as it should. the only blemish on the phone is a couple small paint chips on the upper right bezel. the chips have no affect on the phone performance or screen performance
