Hello everyone! Happy New Year!!! This is actually a quite big Auction for me! I'm used to a single piece auction! Lol! But I want to try a bulk auction amd see how it does!
Piece one is some form of a tong for maybe pie? Asparagus? Lol, I'm not sure! But they are adorable!
Piece two is a tong piece as well but it is a fork and spoon tongs!
Then there is a big spoon! Then two different cool fork servers!
Then there are the two pieces that I don't know how to explain. I know one is a gravy boat, but the other one I don't know what it is. Maybe you put a small food item in it? Like maybe cranberries? Olives? I'm sure the possibilities are endless! The condition of each item should be evident by the amount of pictures that I have provided! I have two really cool server trays? With lids and if the credits go over 30,000 credits I will add them free! They need a silver cleaning, but they are super cool and they will skyrocket my shipping cost bcuz of there size! I will priority ship with tracking! Good luck, happy bidding!

Oh wow! You r the 1st person I've talked to with MS! I'd love to chat with u sometime! Which one do u have? I have primary progressive. Which I'm sure u no is the rarest and most awful. I do listia because I'm housebound now, and I'm only 35! My spine doesn't work well anymore. The couch is my only happy place! So, I lay here and do listia and my hubby will ship it for me! Lol! I really like listia I think it's a lot of fun! And I get to talk to great people such as yourself!

Just to clarify, I did everything humanly possible to show them in there true state wether it be in tons of photos or in my writing. These sat in the top shelf of my mothers closet all my life! They never came out once! They were my mothers moms but she passed away in the 60's. The creamer/ bowl are not part of that. I found those in a box in my garage when we bought the house. So, they need someone who knows how to clean them and I know nothing about these types of antiques! I hope a passionate lover of these types of antiques wins the auction and is able to provide the love they need to make them shine again! My grandmother I'm sure would have love to see that! :-)

Wow!!! glad to know this, not bidding on these items after all. they do have lots of permanent spots and the bottoms of the bowls and creamer and sugar bowl are all stripped of their silver. sorry, but am not bidding!!

Now after looking at all the photos, I realize that the damage is wayyy to extensive to ever repair it. Think I will just bow out of this bidding and hope that the other lady has the $250.00 to buy all the points to win this auction. Maybe she can deal with all that damage.!

Now after studying the new photos it see lots of damage. How hard will it be to clean all these pieces up? There are places where the silver is literally worn off, right? That is very expensive to get it replated. Would you consider some sort of compromise to the winner as to getting these items fixed? Right now it looks like myself and one other person striving to the finish line of this auction. I am already if we aren't getting the bids up too high and we might be very disappointed to see all the damage to the silver. Those covered dishes have pitted "spots" in them, and I know from past experience, they can not be taken off, the only answer to damage this extensive is to have the entire piece re-plated and that is horribly expensive! Have you ever got an estimate as to what it would cost to have all these pieces repaired or re-plated?

I love and collect silver pieces! Very nice auction. Your first piece is pastry tongs. The other tongs are for salad. And the cream pitcher & sugar bowl are beautiful. I wish I would have enough credits to bid up to the end so I could win the omelet dish you'll be adding. Good luck! )O( F&W&B
