As a seller, we recommend you use tracking on your packages. If you can provide the tracking number and it was delivered, you will get your credits. If the buyer claims it wasn't what you advertised, they are required to return the item to you before they would get their credits back. I have been using Listia for a few years and only had a few disputes. It is more the exception than the rule. Most transactions are very smooth.
