hi. Listia states an auction must be worth at least $1, and since a box top is worth $0.10, there must be at least 10 in an auction, otherwise fewer than that is against the Rules.

Uni is not wrong.. Listia wants these auctions to be a minimum of 10 boxtops (the value needs to be a minimum of $1.00, each box top is worth 10 cents.
