-THELMA AND LOUISE--
ITS A VERY SAD DAY --a pack of dogs got in my pond after my ducks
We had to bury my baby ducks this morning
This will be the last auction for the feathers I had left
They will be very sadly missed:(((
I only auctioned feathers that I picked up off the ground
They were both buried together with whatever feathers they had left

They are flying high in heaven now!!!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about your little ducks. Wild dogs run loose in my neighborhood and it really makes me nervous about letting me cat out. And she at least has claws to help protect herself. Those babies were helpless! But they were together and you did right by them. Let that give you some comfort. Hugs.

Thanks soo much. They have a safe house they could get in but the dogs jumped into the pond after them. Which is rare since the pond was half frozen. They were almost 2 years old. Had an owl break into my chicken coupe and get my chickens in the same week. Guess this cold weather has all the critters looking for food I sure do miss them walking with me everyday. They would follow me to the mail box and back. I may get more in march. Fanned you back

so sorry to hear about your little friends..we raise duck and chicken here on the farm..I have 4 young ducklings that hatched just about 2 months ago in the laundry room because of the cold
