You are looking at a long tunic dress or tunic top (which ever way you want to wear it) in a woman's plus size MEDIUM or like a 1X. It is black & white silky with black border at chest and with a tie attached to sides and ties in the back. V-neckline. I wore it once as a tunic top, but it also can be worn as a mini tunic dress with leggins and boots. Excellent condition. Very figure flattering. Made by Venezia, which is sold at Avenue & Roamans catalog.
Made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex with stretch in the material. Machine washable. I took the following measurements with the garment layed flat and I measured one way across. Here is what I got: Underarm to underarm / bust area = 25 inches. Waist = 22 inches. And the legnth from the top of the tunic to the bottom is 36 inches.
