This is a Samsung Straight Talk phone. It can be activated with a minutes card from Walmart. $45 card gets you unlimited talk, text and web. The minutes card DOES NOT come with the phone. It does include the case shown but is not activated. I will not return credits because of confusion, I am clearly stating THIS PHONE IS NOT ACTIVATED!!!! It can be activated easily by purchasing a straight talk minutes card at Walmart. This phone can access the web and email but is not a smart phone and is not android based. You can download apps from www.getjar.com. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Does it have Wifi?

Yes it has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Here is the link to details on the phone. The website says tracphone but I bought it from Walmart and used it with straight talk. It is in perfect condition and works. Not a scratch on it. http://www.samsung.com/us/mobile/cell-phones/SCH-R355DAATRF-features
