Not sure...did not research it further. My listing was removed by Listia...the reason was the toothpaste was against Listia policy? The message said I could relist it minus the toothpaste so I did that. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

I looked into it,apparently Listia considers anything that can be put into our mouth that can "possibly" be ingested as "food" stinks I think I come on toothpaste is not a food. But they are putting it as food and saying we can't list it :(:(

even though they allow dental floss...which also goes into your mouth...listia has some very dumb rules. they actually do allow toothpaste if its included in plastic with a toothbrush..one of those travel kit types..although i dont see how its any different as long as its in a sealed box. once again..they have dumb rules. lol

teeth whitening items are an exception to the Food Rule since Listia states very little can be ingested.
toothpaste and a toothbrush together in a sealed package is allowed since removing the toothpaste would require opening the package which affects it and its worth, as Listia states. this applies similarly to other items sealed together.

So I guess you can list it since it is packaged into the box and sealed, right? Or am I misunderstanding this. Either way, I've seen many toothpastes on auctions and that has not stop MANY people from still posting it. Just because you can not advertise it does not mean you cannot add it anyways. Hence the meaning of Mystery Box. I've won mystery boxes with chocolates and everything. ") Aslong as you do picture it, no one will complain now fan you. When I did my first mystery box I had the winner ask for a few things that were not allowed "per" Listia rules, but we still got around it. :) I hope I win, Im watching this & If I do win, your more then welcomed to add it to the box. :x Fanning you as well :)
