So 26,500 might actually be the value and if you do that at 1.5 for listia markup
it should at the most be 39,750 so that guy had a better estimate than me at 40,000, so 44,000 half what you ask would actually be fair
you have been doing this since Aug 19, 2012, and you usually have very nice GIN, but also this happens
