The listing, Forever 21 Bubble Hem Black Lace Dress has ended.

This is a super cute playful Forever 21 black lace dress in size medium. It fits like a large though. The fabric is stretchy, and it has a "bubble" hem. I try to show that in the last picture. It makes the dress slightly "full". Way too cute!

I'm 5'6, about 120lbs and a 32c. Would this be too big for me?

Armpit to armpit is 19" across. Top edge at shoulder across is 12 1/2". It's pleated across the bust, and there is no waist. I think the 19" is what will matter most. Hope that helps.
