Total weight of this Art Bar is 1.150 Ounces. It is a thin base metal (copper I think) with a thick 100 mils of .999 Pure Fine Silver layered on.

Questions & Comments

This is not solid silver. 100 mils means that it's silver plated. Mills is a measurement of the thickness of the silver plate used by CMC mint.

I never implied that it was solid silver, but adjusted description to make it clear. I figure most people know a layered item is not solid through the core.
