yeah they are the stretch kind,so believe me they fit snug..I luv these jeans but uumm gained weight and cant wear them and lost some weight and cant wear the 11 i have listed either..yo yo diet..so im in between sizes..dont think I will make it back to fit in these no time soon so I decided to part with them..:(..lol.
