This is a warm coat of 50% wool/ 50% viscose with 100% polyester shearling lining. Very thick and warm. Looks like a horse blanket. We have these for our chihuahuas. It keeps them toasty warm in this severe cold snowy icy weather. Made by the Dallas Manufacturing Co, subsidary of Brickman. Unused. Clean & fine. I am liquidating remaining stock from my store since I closed it up. I have more coats like too.

Measurements:
Back neck to end (not including the collar): 12"
Neck: 17-1/2"
Around body: 20-21" with adjustable strap. You can tighten it up or loosen as needed.

30" head to tail? Are you measuring from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail? Coats are measured from base of neck to the end of the coat Small fits 12-13" dog, measuring from the base of neck (not head) where neck meets shoulder, to the rump (not tail).

You measure from the base of neck to rump then compare with the information I provided in the listing. I can't tell you if it will fit or not. You need to measure your dog correctly and compare.
