Truth is I am not entirely sure-
This is something you'll need to check upon with your post office.
If you are willing to wait for an answer, I will check around at my postal service.
We still have time to find out :)
There is no doubt that you can send anywhere in the U.S.
But as for overseas or territories, there might be a surcharge?
As of January 27 Postcards will now cost $0.33 to send via the United States Postal Service. However, these were/are prepaid so I do not expect they would require you to add a few cents to them. Just to be 100% certain, let me get back to you on that. I don't want to give you any misleading information. Very good questions!

Postcards — 1-cent increase to 34 cents on January 26

I checked with the PO and the answer is that these prepaid post cards are good for within the US only. If you need to send them elsewhere outside of the US you will need to add to them something like 65 cents for the Caribbean's. Hope that helps :) any questions please ask! Thanks for looking.
