The listing, Vintage Wood Jewelry Music Box Chest Gold Velvet 2 Drawers with Doors has ended.

This is a vintage, wooden, musical jewelry box. It is made in Taiwan. I am unsure of the songs it plays, but they are pretty. Please see all pictures.. There are 2 doors that open up to 2 drawers. The bottom drawer is smaller to make room for the music box. There is gold velvet lining that is intact, The music box winder is in the back. Music plays when the bottom drawer is opened. Measures 6.25" tall, approx 8" wide, and approx 5" deep

I was going to tell you it was the "Theme from Love Story" but I see you already have another comment. I also had a music box that played this when I was younger. I knew it instantly, but still checked to make sure I wasn't telling you the wrong song. It is very beautiful. You are very generous and kind to give everyone a chance to bid on this. Listia credits are worth about $1 per 1000, my opinion, so you're giving it away with free shipping at $10 right now, and I'm sure the shipping will be $12-18. I just wanted to say, you can not get a jewelry box of this size without the music for that price, yet alone with the music. I collect music boxes and this is so very generous. The music is called "Theme from Love Story". Love Story was a movie made in about 1970. I used to have a music box that played this when I was a little girl. Thank you for the lovely memory.
