They are valid only at participating U.S. McDonald's restraunts. Unfortunately I don't know which restaraunts are participating. I would think that all company operated stores would be. Usually Mcdonald's coupons say valid in the Baltimore, central jersey, central pa etc... area, but these do not.

As a bonus, I will include the other 4 coupons that came in the flyer. Two are for a free oatmeal with purchase of any medium purchase. Two are for a free medium fries &u free medium soft drink or tea with purchase of any angus third pounder.
