These are precision- cut vinyl decals.

The background is whatever you apply it to.
This is a permanent adhesive decal. It will stick to just about any clean smooth surface. (vehicles, walls, windows, mirrors, etc.)

To Apply: Clean the surface and remove the backing from the decal. Place the decal on the desired clean surface, before removing transfer tape use a credit card type tool to adhere and smooth decal to surface then remove the transfer paper carefully to ensure that all small pieces have adhered.
