Description

The listing, 1881 Goldish coin like piece has ended.

This piece looks like a coin in a way,it has a date and a figure with liberty wrote across the head band and a date of 1881.
It looks like someone has took a grinder or file to the reverse side it is flat with no writing.
I got some old coins from the auction and this thing was in with the coins.
What is it I don't know do you? look at the pictures and bid if you think its worth bidding on !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know what this is if you look at the picture you know as much as I do, you bid you own it no hard feelings.

I am sorry Nature. If you are going to be that long winded, you really need to learn how to type and put sentences together better. I have a headache just from reading all that BS. You do realize you are talking out of your butt half the time. If somebody took, not told, a coin and stamped it into some ore, the coin would be indented not raised smart guy. Read the description. He doesn't even know what it is or claims it to be gold. He states goldish like as in color maybe. He does not say its real gold anywhere. If you don't like it, don't bid. Flag him and move on. Listia will deal with him, if he is a scammer.

You would be wise to go ahead and block Naturelovinpagan like most of us already have. That way he can't make those bs comments on auctions. It won't stop until you do.

What is the size of this coin, have you ever had it tested for gold. Can you not ship this in a envelope for about .66.

Harold,
You really should work on your shipping buddy. Nature is right in 3.99 being excessive for shipping. You will get way better credit and bid results with free or very very low shipping. I see you are new so just a pointer. Plus, you won't get people busting your balls about it. ;)

that is for sure a fake copy because looking at the reverse/back of the coin pic you can tell the heat the blank and pushed it down on a coin mold with something rounded to take the impression of the mold sorry to tell you that. plus this coin is not gold its brass or bronze it would still look very good if real gold even if it was from 1800s

I ship coins all the time in a standard enveloped taped to thin cardboard with packing tape 46 cents. This coin appears to be bronze and like Jcan said some sort of token; I don't know why the back is flat though. Is it the size of a penny? I collect Civil war Tokens but all off those are stamped like coins on both sides.

It does not help when you do not answer or respond to anything.

The image is similar to what you would find on a $5.00 Gold Liberty Head Half Eagle but much more but too rough to be made by the us govt mint
